do I need to make a reservation?

Groups of fewer than eight guests do not need to make a reservation for their tasting. Tastings are performed on a first-come, first-served basis with limited seating. If you have questions about whether your group will need to give us advanced notice, email hannah@westonwinecompany.com.

WHAT ABOUT FOR EVENTS?

For events like trivia, we sell the number of tickets as we have seats in the room. Every member of your group, whether they are participating or not, MUST have a ticket to have a guaranteed seat. These events are listed as “RESERVATIONS REQUIRED” on their promotion.

For events like karaoke or game day, reservations are never required. Seating is first-come, first-served.

i bought event tickets, but can’t make it. what do i do?

We generally do not offer refunds on event tickets. Occasionally, at management discretion, partial refunds will be available. Absolutely no refunds will be given within 48 hours of the event.

but what if the weather gets bad?

We will offer refunds and rescheduled tickets in the event that the National Weather Board issues a travel advisory for the KC metro area or if the winery closes for the day. This is the ONLY time we offer blanket refunds and reschedules. We will communicate via social media and the email address used to purchase your tickets in the case that weather impacts an event.
